In the treatment of localized processes (T1–2), preference is given to endolaryngeal laser resections of the larynx.</p> <p>This article presents an overview of the literature covering the features and challenges of anesthesia administration during endolaryngeal operations using a laser. Various methods of respiratory support are used during laryngeal surgery, their advantages and disadvantages are described and compared. Methods for preventing the development of complications and schemes for providing emergency care are also considered.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Рак гортани многие годы занимает одну из лидирующих позиций в структуре злокачественных новообразований головы и шеи. В лечении локализованных процессов (T1–2) предпочтение отдается эндоларингеальным лазерным резекциям.</p> <p>В статье представлен обзор литературы, освещающей особенности и проблемы проведения анестезии при эндоларингеальных операциях с использованием лазера. Приведены сравнение различных методов респираторной поддержки при хирургических вмешательствах на гортани, их достоинства и недостатки.
