However, for head and neck tumors, there are no personalized treatments available outside the context of clinical trials. Several studies indicate that head and neck tumors have specific properties that influence their response to chemotherapy. However, there is very little information on the results of the search for markers of response to radiation or chemoradiation therapy of patients with tumors of the head and neck.</p> <p>This review presents a number of biomarkers predicting response to radiation / chemoradiation therapy for head and neck tumors.</p>
При этом крайне мало информации о результатах поиска маркеров ответа на лучевую или химиолучевую терапию пациентов с опухолями головы и шеи.</p> <p>В обзоре представлены некоторые биомаркеры, прогнозирующие ответ на лучевую / химиолучевую терапию при опухолях головы и шеи.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>head and neck tumor</kwd><kwd>treatment response biomarker</kwd><kwd>radiation / chemoradiation therapy</kwd><kwd>prognosis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>опухоль головы и шеи</kwd><kwd>биомаркер ответа на лечение</kwd><kwd>лучевая терапия</kwd><kwd>химиолучевая терапия</kwd><kwd>прогноз</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Российский научный фонд</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Russian Science Foundation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>22-15-00169-П</award-id></award-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The study was performed with the support of the Russian Science Foundation (grant No. 22-15-00169-П).</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование проведено при поддержке Российского научного фонда (грант № 22-15-00169-П).</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Van der Heijden M., Essers P.B.M., de Jong M.C. et al.
