Address the use of radiation therapy as a stand-alone options, or in combination with surgery. Describe the characteristics and evaluate the use of the most modern methods.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Статья посвящена анализу современных тенденций в лучевой терапии (ЛТ) первичных и рецидивных, локализованных и местно-распространенных опухолей головы и шеи. Освещены вопросы использования ЛТ как в самостоятельном варианте, так и в комбинации с хирургическим лечением.
