Given that the flap was relatively recently introduced into clinical practice, we have found it necessary to consider the anatomical features, scope, intake flap technique, complications and long-term results.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлен литературный обзор публикаций по применению перемещенного кожно-фасциального надключичного лоскута в реконструкции дефектов головы и шеи.
