The individual components of the score are divided into 4 groups in terms of their diagnostic significance. PTCS reflects  the opinions of specialists working in the different areas of oncology and needs further approbation based on retro- and prospective studies</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Предлагается метод оценки вероятности обнаружения дифференцированного рака щитовидной железы на основе использования балльного показателя (Petrov Thyroid Cancer Score, PTCS), отдельные компоненты которого по степени своей диагностической значимости разделены на 4 группы.
