Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Center, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences. It discusses the influence of different prognostic factors on survival, as well as recommendations to determine the most optimal treatment policy in this category of patients.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>В статье представлены результаты хирургического, комбинированного и химиолучевого лечения 102 больных раком складочного отдела гортани с распространенностью, соответствующей T3N0–2M0, пролеченных в хирургическом отделении опухолей верхних дыхательных и пищеварительных путей ФГБУ «РОНЦ им. Н.Н. Блохина» РАМН.
