We present a clinical case of osteosarcoma of the larynx. It is a rare and aggressive tumor characterized by frequent local recurrence and the appearance of distant metastases. This is the only one case of osteosarcoma of the larynx in N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology for the period from 1988 to 2017.

Представлено клиническое наблюдение остеогенной саркомы гортани – редкой и агрессивной опухоли, характеризующейся частым местным рецидивированием и появлением отдаленных метастазов. Это единственный случай остеогенной саркомы гортани в ФГБУ «Национальный медицинский исследовательский центр онкологии им. Н. Н. Блохина» Минздрава России за период с 1988 по 2017 г.
