This article presents a discussion of the choice of treatment options for patients with cerebral metastases of solid tumors. Discussexistingrecommendations,identifies controversies.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Вопрос выбора тактики лечения пациентов с церебральными метастазами различных солидных опухолей в настоящее время не имеет однозначного решения.
