This pathology occurs mainly in young people without bad habits. Despite the low degree of differentiation, the course of the disease is relatively favorable. In addition, the tumor has a rather high sensitivity to conservative methods of treatment. The article discusses various options for de-escalation of therapy, modern drug regimens, as well as the results of the most significant randomized trials on this issue.</p>
В статье рассматриваются различные варианты деэскалации терапии, современные схемы лекарственного лечения, а также результаты наиболее значимых рандомизированных исследований, посвященных данной проблеме.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>human papillomavirus-associated oropharyngeal cancer</kwd><kwd>p16-positive oropharyngeal cancer</kwd><kwd>squamous cell carcinoma</kwd><kwd>treatment deescalation</kwd><kwd>chemoradiotherapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак ротоглотки</kwd><kwd>ассоциированный с вирусом папилломы человека</kwd><kwd>р16-положительный орофарингеальный рак</kwd><kwd>плоскоклеточный рак</kwd><kwd>деэскалация лечения</kwd><kwd>химиолучевое лечение</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Davydov M.I.
