Комплексный подход в лечении местно-распространенного рака ротоглотки

Аннотация

В статье представлены основные современные методы комплексного лечения рака слизистой оболочки ротоглотки; проводится анализ результатов химиолучевого лечения местно-распространенных форм рака ротоглотки, выполнения трансоральных резекций ротоглотки и применения хирургического лечения по поводу остаточной опухоли после химиолучевого лечения первично нерезектабельных опухолей. В настоящей работе обсуждается вопрос возможности выполнения хирургического вмешательства после проведения химиолучевого лечения с учетом границ остаточной опухоли, которое позволяет проводить адекватное хирургическое вмешательство с хорошими онкологическими результатами.
