КАРОТИДНАЯ ХЕМОДЕКТОМА: ДИФФЕРЕНЦИАЛЬНАЯ ДИАГНОСТИКА ПО ДАННЫМ УЛЬТРАЗВУКОВОГО ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ

Аннотация
Каротидная хемодектома (опухоль каротидного гломуса «chemodectoma caroticum») — в большинстве случаев доброкачественная, медленно растущая, васкуляризируемая опухоль, представляющая из себя одну из наиболее распространенных параганглиом головы и шеи. В результате ультразвукового обследования 18 тыс. пациентов, направленных по разным причинам, было выявлено 2 случая каротидной хемодектомы, подтвержденной ангиографически. В статье приведены современные представления о частоте, этиологии, патоморфологии, клинических проявлениях хемодектомы, а также основные ультразвуковые дифференциально-диагностические критерии.
