Дерматологические нежелательные явления ингибиторов рецептора эпидермального фактора роста: современный взгляд на междисциплинарную проблему

Аннотация

При использовании ингибиторов рецептора эпидермального фактора роста (epidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR) часто развиваются класс-специфические побочные эффекты в виде дерматологических нежелательных явлений. Сопроводительное лечение снижает тяжесть этих явлений и минимизирует необходимость деэскалации дозы / отмены противоопухолевого препарата, повышает приверженность пациентов проводимой противоопухолевой терапии и их качество жизни. Тесное междисциплинарное сотрудничество врачей-онкологов и дерматовенерологов является ключом к успешному ведению больных, получающих ингибиторы EGFR. В данной статье освещаются современные представления о классификации, патогенезе и клинической картине дерматологических нежелательных явлений при использовании ингибиторов EGFR, а также рассказывается об актуальных и перспективных методах профилактического и сопроводительного лечения данных явлений.
