ХИМИО- И ТАРГЕТНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ БОЛЬНЫХ РАКОМ МОЛОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ C МЕТАСТАТИЧЕСКИМ ПОРАЖЕНИЕМ ГОЛОВНОГО МОЗГА

Аннотация

Результаты проведенных исследований показали высокую эффективность лекарственной терапии в лечении больных раком молочной железы (РМЖ) с метастазами в головном мозге. Наилучшие результаты в отношении показателей выживаемости достигнуты в лечении больных РМЖ с метастазами в головном мозге и с гиперэкспрессией HER2. В настоящее время продолжаются исследования по изучению новых противоопухолевых препаратов, а также их комбинированного применения в сочетании с лучевой терапией в лечении больных РМЖ с метастатическим поражением мозга. Необходимо проведение исследований эффективности различных схем лекарственной терапии в зависимости от биологических свойств первичной опухоли. Остается также актуальным вопрос о последовательности применения лекарственной и лучевой терапии при метастатическом поражении головного мозга.
