НОВЫЕ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ИММУНОТЕРАПИИ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ РАСПРОСТРАНЕННОГО РЕЦИДИВНОГО ПЛОСКОКЛЕТОЧНОГО РАКА ОРГАНОВ ГОЛОВЫ И ШЕИ

Аннотация

Пациенты с плоскоклеточным раком в области головы и шеи, у которых диагностированы рецидивные опухоли или отдаленные метастазы, имеют наихудший прогноз при данном заболевании. Возможности современной химиотерапии весьма ограничены у пациентов этой группы с перспективой постепенного развития резистентности к проводимой терапии. В связи с этим продолжается поиск более эффективных и менее токсичных препаратов.

В статье приводится анализ последних рандомизированных исследований по эффективности противоопухолевых препаратов нового поколения иммунотерапевтической направленности – ингибиторов PD-1 рецепторов у пациентов с плоскоклеточным раком головы и шеи. Полученные данные открывают новые возможности в лечении этой сложной группы пациентов.
