Распространенность, клиническое значение и возможности коррекции нарушений обоняния и восприятия вкуса у пациентов с онкологическими заболеваниями

Аннотация

В статье обсуждаются основные вопросы, касающиеся нарушений восприятия вкуса и обоняния, с которыми может столкнуться онколог в своей практике. Описаны механизмы развития дисгевзии и дизосмии, а также их связь с нутритивной недостаточностью. Изложены подходы к оценке сенсорных нарушений до лечения, на всех его этапах и после завершения лучевой терапии и химиотерапии. Представлен мировой опыт ведения больных с подобными изменениями, рассмотрены возможности их коррекции.
