ЛЕЧЕНИЕ РЕЦИДИВА ГЛИОБЛАСТОМЫ: ЕСТЬ ЛИ УСПЕХИ?

Аннотация
В статье проанализированы методы лечения глиобластомы. Изучена роль повторной операции, повторной лучевой терапии, а также противоопухолевой лекарственной терапии в лечении рецидива глиобластомы. Сделан обзор многоцентровых исследований по изучению применения темозоломида и темозоломида в сочетании с бевацизумабом. Показано, что использование бевацизумаба в лечении больных с глиобластомой позволяет увеличить продолжительность их жизни и улучшить ее качество.
