ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВА БИОПСИИ «СТОРОЖЕВОГО» ЛИМФАТИЧЕСКОГО УЗЛА ПЕРЕД ФАСЦИАЛЬНО‑ФУТЛЯРНЫМ ИССЕЧЕНИЕМ КЛЕТЧАТКИ ШЕИ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация
Проанализированы литературные данные о биопсии «сторожевого» лимфатического узла у больных раком полости рта и пока- заны ее преимущества перед превентивным фаcциально-футлярным иссечением клетчатки шеи: менее выраженные функцио- нальные и косметические последствия, возможность детального патоморфологического анализа удаленных макропрепаратов клетчатки шеи с иммуногистохимическими исследованиями.
